Each project will have a quality plan. Quality is on our weekly operations meeting agenda during which quality findings are discussed and actioned.

All consultants and Analysts are given training in quality throughout the year. We encourage consultants to think in terms of risk in planning their deliverables and to be open to constructive feedback even when disappointed. We are all on journey to providing the best services for our customers.
